Orbital Cutting
CC81M through CC171ECO. Perpendicular cuts under 0.25 mm, no tube distortion, thin wall friendly. 0.25″ to 6.6″ OD depending on model, light enough to carry to the job site.
Tube Facing & Squaring
300MF, 300STS, 301, 302, 304 and up. Faces, squares, bevels and ID preps from 0.125″ to 4.5″ OD. Saddle or collet mount, air, cordless or electric.
End Prep & Beveling
201BA, 202TS and the Surefire series. Boiler waterwall windows, heat exchanger tube ends, clean square preps in tight spaces.
Cutting & Beveling
Low-profile split-frame lathes — 601 through 603.5 SBCM and up. Severing and beveling in-line pipe from 0.405″ to 4″ OD without pulling the run apart.
Tungsten Electrodes & Consumables
Precision ground to your specification — diameter, length, included angle, tip flat, standard or polished finish. Selector charts for AMI 8 & 9 Series and AXXAIR heads.
Pipe Cutting, Beveling & Fit-Up
Pipe cutting, beveling and fit-up machines, clamps and torch equipment. We are an approved Mathey Dearman service center, so the tools you buy here get serviced here.
Purge Monitoring & Weld Gas
Pipe Purge Masters purge monitors and inflatable plugs, Orbital Service PRO2 Stick and Expert oxygen analyzers. If you cannot measure the purge, you cannot defend the weld.
