AMI Model 8 Series Weld Heads
8 Series — narrow heads
Closed heads built for tight clearance. Fitting-to-fitting welds, valve bodies, densely packed skids — the places a standard head will not physically fit. Semiconductor, biopharm, aerospace, food and beverage.

- Gear drive holds rotation speed under load — which is what holds your bead
- Same tooling logic across the three sizes
On our bench
What comes across our bench: rotors and drive gears, motors and encoders, coolant leaks, worn clamp inserts, cable bundles dragged one job too many, heads that will not home. Heads take the beating — and they rebuild.
